Bornandbred.Clothing are happy to exchange goods within 7 days of the customer receiving an order. Proof of purchase and proof of delivery will support the exchange request.
A request to exchange an item must be received in writing to:
[email protected]. Goods must be in their original conditions with original tags and packaging, and have not been worn.
An exchange fee may apply.
Postage is at the expense of the customer.
FAULTY ITEM
If an item purchased from Bornandbred.Clothing is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Garantees Act, and ensure a remedy is achieved.
CAREFUL SELECTION OF ITEM, COLOUR AND SIZE
Bornandbred.Clothing advise all customers to choose items carefully, we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind.
